Alfio Di Carlo brings his extensive property and construction law background and skills to the Di Carlo Property Group.
His role includes site acquisition, management of development and building approvals, sourcing construction finance, tendering for builders, preparing and overseeing building contracts as well as marketing and sales.
Alfio’s passion for property development started at a young age under the influence and guidance of his father Angelo Di Carlo and his first foray into development started at the age of 18. Since then he has joined with family members to successfully develop land, housing and various multi-residential projects in many prestigious suburbs around South-East Queensland.
His development experience is backed up by a strong interest in law with Alfio completing his law degree at the highly-regarded University of Queensland (graduating with honours), and then practicing construction law for 10 years. Alfio is also an accredited mediator with the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia.
With such a strong legal background Alfio’s experience is integral during the tendering and contract stage of developments.
Alfio enjoys all elements of property development and loves the responsibility of carving out a strong footprint in the industry and building on the success and family tradition of the Di Carlo Property Group.
