In his role as a Director of Di Carlo Property Group, Joshua Di Carlo’s considerable expertise is integral to the design, finance, building, project management, marketing and sales aspects of all the group’s projects. His thorough understanding of the property market means he plays a key role in identifying and acquiring the company’s prime development sites.
Joshua’s practical experience as a carpenter, builder and construction manager of large-scale luxury homes, multi-residential properties and commercial projects means he has a thorough understanding of the design and construction process. He fulfils valuable project management roles that include extensive liaison with builders, consultants and suppliers.
After completing a Certificate 4 in Building and Construction, Joshua was one of Queensland’s youngest ever holders of a low-rise builder’s licence.
He has a Diploma in Building and Construction and still maintains an active medium-rise builder’s licence.
The property and construction industry is Joshua’s passion and he is constantly inspired to create outstanding residential developments that deliver innovative architectural design and superior craftsmanship to the South-East Queensland market.
