This project comprised the construction of 58 townhouses, service station, child care centre and associated retail outlets. The site was one which captured the interest of Nerang and Gold Coast residents as it developed a large parcel of land which had laid dormant for an extensive period of time adjacent to the Pacific Motorway.

On the northern end of South-East Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast lies the suburb of Nerang.
