A freehold residential development in one of Brisbane’s most sought after riverside suburbs has already secured $20 million in pre-sales.
Construction has now started on TriBeCa Terraces, which will include 53 two and three storey residences on Johnston St at Bulimba.
Di Carlo Property Group director Joshua Di Carlo said the developer had wanted to “strike a chord” by creating a distinctive product, and buyers had responded enthusiastically. Other recent projects included Ebony + Ivory at Coorparoo and Element Bulimba.
“TriBeCa Terraces delivers the space and scale of freehold home ownership in the context of an inner-urban development,” Mr Di Carlo said. “We have shaped TriBeCa to suit discerning, sophisticated buyers who are increasingly drawn to this unique pocket.”
TriBeCa Terraces is named after one of Manhattan’s most desirable suburbs, an area dominated by celebrity-owned lofts and apartments in New York City.
Duke Realty sales agent Sam Patterson said buyers were identifying the outstanding value and opportunity of the TriBeCa’s residences.
“To purchase a house in Bulimba you need to be spending a minimum of $1.5 million and closer to $2 million for a home with the level of TriBeCa’s finishes,” Mr Patterson said. “Empty nesters who are looking to downsize can get the high-level TriBeCa finishes for around the $850,000 mark and still have money left in their pocket after they sell the family home.”
TriBeCa Terrace residences offer large living and kitchen areas, multiple balconies, generous third bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, ground-floor courtyards, double garages, extensive landscaping and recreation areas. They include marble features and Miele appliances which can be viewed in the display suite.
Residents will have access to lifestyle facilities, including two recreation areas and a luxury pool. It is a short walk to a ferry terminal and Oxford Street’s vibrant retail, dining and entertainment hub.
